AGZA and the City Of South Pasadena would like to send the Los Angeles Galaxy Soccer Team and Organization a huge thank you and express our gratitude for your $10,000 donation of ECHO Commercial Battery Electric Tools to the City of South Pasadena. This donation of blowers, lawnmowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws will be given to a lucky small business owner who maintains private homes in the City Of South Pasadena and surrounding neighborhoods.
It was a great day as LA Galaxy spokes person Madison Brown and LA Galaxy player Jorge Villafana came out to the South Pasadena Open House October 4th to officially give the generous donation. ECHO rep Steve Tsujiuchi and AGZA were out all day answering questions about the performance and run-times of commercial battery electric equipment which the City of South Pasadena uses as an AGZA Green Zone Certified city and municipal golf course. Equipment from STIHL, Husqvarna and Makita were also on display.
South Pasadena Mayor, City Manager Armine Chaparyan, and Community Services Director Sheila Pautsch along with dedicated Public Works staff organized a great event and included the donation as one of the highlights of the day. Tools from EGO and ECHO were raffled off during the donation ceremony.
We also need to thank the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and the Latino Landscape Network (LLN) who is part of NALP and sponsored by ECHO Tools. NALP and LLN made the introductions to AGZA and the City of South Pasadena to ensure the ECHO tools would go to a deserving small business owner beautifying the community of South Pasadena.
