AGZA's efforts have resulted in creation of green collar jobs, improved health of grounds maintenance workers and communities, reduced environmental impact, and enhanced the quality of life in AGZA Green Zone areas.

Jamie Banks, PhD MS - Founder & Executive Director - Quiet Communities, Inc.

Jamie is the founder and president of Quiet Communities, Inc., a national nonprofit organization. Jamie possesses an extensive background in health and environmental research and has published studies on the health and environmental impacts of land care practices. She is co-author of NOFA’s organic land care standards and teaches the Energy, Pollution, and Climate change section of NOFA's accreditation course.
