INDUSTRY-LEADING PROFESSIONALS
AGZA Robotics and Automation Council
The AGZA Robotics and Automation Council is a curated group of industry-leading professionals, engineers, operators, and innovators focused on advancing the responsible integration of robotics and automation within the landscape maintenance industry.
The Council brings together subject matter experts from manufacturing, field operations, municipal and institutional management, and emerging technology sectors to evaluate, guide, and accelerate the adoption of robotic and automated solutions in real-world environments.
Its primary role is to provide independent insight, technical validation, and strategic direction on the deployment of robotic mowing systems, autonomous equipment, and related technologies within AGZA programs, including AFTC Certification and AGZA Green Zone® initiatives.
Through collaboration and field-based evaluation, the Council helps:
- Assess performance, safety, and operational feasibility of robotic systems
- Identify best practices for integration into commercial workflows
- Support data-driven decision-making for contractors, municipalities, and institutions
- Bridge the gap between manufacturers, end-users, and policymakers
- Promote standards that prioritize safety, efficiency, and environmental performance
The AGZA Robotics and Automation Council plays a critical role in ensuring that emerging technologies are implemented in a way that is practical, scalable, and aligned with AGZA’s mission to advance low-impact, sustainable land care practices.
